Kathmandu, May 20 : Nepal Maoist leader Baburam Bhattarai is planning to visit Kolkata in June to meet Naxal groups.
Three Naxal groups, including the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation, new Democracy and Santosh Rana's Provincial Coordination Committee have organised his visit.
Bhattarai is also expected to address a rally in Kolkata where the organizers plan to celebrate the victory of the Nepali Maoists in the recent Constituent Assembly elections, as this will be the first official engagement between the Nepali Maoists and Naxal groups, sources said.

Clear and to the point?Form a government...create a mandate (or continue whatever the mandate was?)...DO Not form words! Proposals? Committees? Meetings?....PEOPLE are dying or living wasted lives in misery...children doomed to be cogs in the Nepal corruption machine...ALL we hear is proposals and talking and committees and empty ether!!! Infrastructure! Capital Base(s)! Education! Employment! Prawnadah and Kowala (and the rest) have your pissing contests in private AFTER work...sheesh oh ya and how about some bus safety legislation (enforcement too) and a few guard rails on mountain passes...... |
