KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway City Bhd (SunCity) plans to acquire 45% stake in Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd for RM128.6mil cash.
The proposed acquisition will raise its stake in Sunway Lagoon to 96% from 51%.
