Kuala Lumpur, September 26 : Black Eyed Peas had their Malaysian fans rocking, as they performed on the Arthur's day in Kuala Lumpur.

The group belted out their latest hits 'Boom Boom Pow' and 'I Gotta Feeling' at the Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach concert.

"The Black Eyed Peas is everybody's music. The most important thing for us is to perform to everybody who loves and enjoys good music," the Star Online quoted the group's main producer as saying.

The show was their third visit to the country and they seemed excited about it.

The producer added: "The last time we were here was in 2007, and we performed at Genting. I remember we visited that cave with the monkeys and bats (Batu Caves."

However, earlier the government had banned the band from performing, as the event was sponsored by an alcoholic beverage company.

But eventually the ban was lifted.

Meanwhile vocalist Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson revealed that she had to change her dress adhering to Malaysia's regulations on public performances.

She said: "I had to change my outfits."
