Arrests in 'honor killing' of Iraqi girl

Four people have been arrested in northern Iraq for the so-called 'honor killing' of a Kurdish girl.
Two of the four arrested are members of the victim's immediate family.
The killing was captured on a mobile phone video camera and broadcast around the world.
Dua Khalil, a 17-year-old Kurdish girl of the Yazidi faith, was dragged into a crowd while police looking on as she was kicked, beaten and stoned after being seen with a Sunni Muslim man.
Her murder lead to revenge killings of about two dozen Yazidi men who, two weeks later, were pulled out of a bus and slaughtered by Sunni Muslims.
The violence has lead to tension between Yazids and Muslims in Bashiqa, the victim's village.
Provincial officials don't think much could have been done to stop the honor killing, but the top police official in Bashiqa is being replaced and three police officers are being investigated.
