Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin revealed that the relations between the band members was so strained that they needed the help of producer Brian Eno to get back to talking again.
Thesun.co.uk reports Martin saying: 'The place we got to two years ago felt dirty. We weren't speaking. We all had our corner office in a tower block, but there was no vibe.'
So the legendary producer Brian Eno helped out.
Martin added: 'We had to get our own place and then call Brian in. We decided to play in a little room, forget our awards and reviews.'
After a brief rough patch there, the group sorted out their differences and produced the new album 'Viva La Vida', which will be out June 12.
