Cries of outrage fly about airport deal

Predictable howls of outrage erupted at Toronto City Hall and among downtown MPs after yesterday's Globe and Mail story about the formerly secret deal in which the Paul Martin government gave $20-million to entrepreneur Robert Deluce to establish a new airline at the Toronto Port Authority's insolvent island airport.
