Washington, May 26 : Wannabe pornstar 'Katee Holmes', the namesake of Hollywood actress Katie Holmes, has declared that she will begin her career by losing her virginity on film.

The 18-year-old fashion student, who has infuriated Katie, recently announced that she will lose her virginity in 26 days 15 hours 12 minutes and 40 seconds.

Meanwhile Katie is threatening legal action after the teenage aspiring porn star.

"It's a really cheap shot," Hollywoodrag quoted Katie's rep, as saying.

However, Katee's manager, Shy Love, a blue movie veteran, has insisted that the fledgling porn-star from Illinois changed her name to pay tribute to the 'Dawson's Creek' actress.

"Katee is using the name as a tribute to Katie, who has always portrayed an innocence in everything she's done, beginning with 'Dawson's Creek'," Love said.

In an interview, Katee defended her decision to lose her virginity on film and said that she has no regrets about her decision.

"I know it's pretty extreme to lose my virginity on camera, but I like the fulfillment and excitement I get from watching porn, so I figured a movie was the best place for me to lose it," Katee said.
