Actor Billy Bob Thornton's former sister-in-law says that he has bugged her home and has been sending her insulting e-mails.

Elysabeth Cherniak filed a police report saying that he has been troubling her for almost two years, reports contactmusic.com. Thornton was married to her sister Pietra Cherniak from 1993 to 1997 and they have two children.

His spokesperson says, 'Billy doesn't use e-mail and never has. Anyone who knows him would know that.' The rep added that Cherniak has 'a history of making these very same false accusations in the past'.
